| Destination Gippsland Strategic Plan released |
Destination Gippsland, the peak tourism organisation for Gippsland, has released its Strategic Plan 2009-12. The plan provides direction for the tourism industry in three key areas of Leadership, Product development and Marketing and aims to fulfill its vision of Gippsland being increasingly embraced by domestic and international travelers as an exceptional nature based destination. Terry Robinson, Chief Executive of Destination Gippsland said that the plan has been put together with industry and local government consultation and focuses on a whole of Gippsland approach for the tourism industry. |
